We had a lovely dinner together at Erldunda and a good nights sleep. Just a short drive today to Curtin Springs.
Mt Ebenezer had a sign saying "great coffee". Some of us couldn't resist. There was some nice local art work as well.
The Chrysler should have stopped for coffee, as they pulled up shortly after with a flat. Those that did stop for coffee stopped just long enough not to be driving by when help was required.
Everyone stopped for the view at Mount Connor, only to find we have a great view from the station.
The campers dipped out of the free camp as the dust was quite heavy and are settled into a nice room.
The first casualty of the trip is the Oldsmobile.
A bearing in the dif needs replacing. So that means a tow truck to Alice Springs tomorrow and both Ian and Wayne will have time to work on it and arrange parts before the rest of the crew get to Alice on Wednesday.
Dinner at Curtin Spings was great - all their local beef, and it was good. Plenty of laughter was shared around the table.
There is no phone reception at Curtin Springs.

Claire & Bob Hope all repairs go well, and everyone continues to enjoy the trip.
