One week to go before we fly out and off to Canada. All preparations have been done and as prepared as I can be. Just a few small sessions to go and then pack,getting excited and nervous at the same time. The medals are awesome so big 1/2 kilo in weight. Fingers crosses I can bring something home. I will be the best I can be anything else will be a bonus. Will keep you all updated as we go.
