The National competitions are over and Kye came home with a bronze medal. He is now preparing for the worlds with consistent travels to Adelaide to get expertise training. IGA his work place has given him time off so he can spend every second week in Adelaide. which is greatly appreciated. Kye is also travelling to Mildura for sparring training with Darren and San Williams from the Mildura club. Darren won overall champion at the Nationals, so the right person fo advice.Duncan Kirk is helping me every week with training and conditioning and has been a fantastic suppport for the past 3 years. Moments can be very stressful and tension is showing all around. This last period of time will go very quickly and then the fun begins.
