It's been really incredible...the pictures tell the story far better than I can with words, but it's been sun, sea, surf, sunsets, driving, drinking, exploring.......everything that I love!!
We stopped at all the usual stops between Brisbane and Sydney including Tweed Heads, Surfers Paradise, Byron Bay, Coffs Harbour, Port Maquarie, Newcastle etc and loads in between, including the hippiest little stoner town you've ever seen called Nimbin...stuck in the 70's, everyone's always wearing tye-tye and hemp....it was hilarious!
We stayed 2 or 3 nights in camp sites but managed to slum it in beach-side car parks and even spent a night on Echo Point in the Blue Mountains - we had literally the best views in the country to wake up to each morning.
We're now back in Sydney and on Wednesday everyone goes their very seperate ways, Sam's off back to England, Calum to New Zealand, and I'm heading up north to live and work on a cattle farm in the middle of nowhere, 2 hours from a tiny town of 600 people called Julia Creek, for around 6 weeks hopefully. Sam has spent 6 weeks there and had a lot of fun mustering the cattle on a dirt bike etc.....it sounds right up my street!
Chris from home has bought a ticket to fly out here in early July for 1 month, so excited to see him here!!
It's been a brilliant 2 weeks and I'm sad that the boys are leaving...however I'm excited to move onto the next stage!!
