So here I sit, on what I think will be my last day in Prague. Had a pretty awesome night last night.... I decided to take a punt and go to one of the many musical performances in the churches. Some people may be aware that I like flamenco and latin music plus heaps of other s***. So I picked a Czech guitar duo, who turned out to be husband and wife. When they started playing, I realised I had made a good choice, the bloke was a fricken awazing guitarist, and his wife also, but not as good as the bloke. He played most of it with his eyes closed, and never touched his music once. The wife was not bad, but every now and then they had to pause so she could turn her music page. The flamenco they played was bloody awesome, and convinced me to buy a cd, which I got signed at the end by the smiling duo. It also convinced me to go to spain and hear Flameco in the homeland which im sure I will do.
After the performance I sought a traditional czech beer hall, which upon entering was full of fat, sweaty czechs all having a great time. Had some beer, which can be as cheap or cheaper than a dollar each. Starting to get used to my own company now and looking forward to exploring many more countries. I think Im going to head south to a place called Cesky Krumlov, Near the Austrian border, then head somewhere to find some mountains. I think Im going to continue heading south, as I meet Mario in Athens on the 20th of July. Im going now, typing on a czech keyboard is quite a feat....
Im off to get some food and beer....
