We headed out today to explore the Freedom Trail of Boston - seeing the sights and hearing of the people that encouraged the US to pull away from British Rule. We walked over 2.5 miles one way, stopping at the Boston Common and Public Garden, Massachusetts State House (the dome of it is lined in 23 carat gold and looks beautiful in the sun!), Park St Church and the Granary Burying Ground (where John Hancock, Samuel Adams and other prominent Bostonians are buried)...
