9:00....This morning we travelled to the markets with the head Chef and hotel manager to look at some of the produce we would be cooking with later this afternoon. The market was CRAZY. This morning I began my day in paradise with Katherine, my Thai yoga instructor. We did some bikram yoga for around an hour where Katherine told me my balance was off because I "had too many kilos in me" - ha!
