Hey guys!!
So 11 days ago we started the Kiwi Experience bus trip and boy are we having a good time. There are simply too many amazing experiences, moments and general times of merriment to fill you in on them all, but here's a brief summary of a few things we've done so far...
Swimming with dolphins - an incredible experience, if ever so slightly scary jumping in to the sea and having to chase after these giant beasts (about the size of two humans put together). The guide told us to sing and talk to them, no-one did... apart from Daisy who came out and stated her speech once more 'Hi! My name's Daisy!'... we still rib her for it!
Sandboarding - Cape Reinga, a tough climb to the top of the dune but well worth it for a) the incredible view and b) the awesome descent on a boogie board at 30mph! After a few twists and tumbles (and a face full of sand) we were more than satisfied with our new found talent as professional sand boarders... not quite.
Black water rafting - in a cave 65m underground in a tube looking at the glow worms. Insane. We jumped off two waterfalls and sang Titanic's theme tune - as you do.
A few days ago we completed the Tongariro crossing, a 24k trek... still recovering from the night before/still drunk. The Kiwi bus certainly does hit it hard (and we love it for that reason). I blame George for buying us a drink(s) at 1:30am! (love you!) I can't actually believe we made it, Daisy was sick up the mountain x5 and I had to act as Mr Motivator through 'Forest gate' disaster... Chinos say no more. Seeing the bus at the end was emotional.
We've made so many incredible friends already, friends for life. Love you Spice's, Double G & Emz, The Welshies, Chinos and David, Paul Mark Paul... Miles ;)
Hope London is still snowy and horrible, we're in bikinis topping up our tan!
Tomorrow we head to Kaiteriteri, will try to update before we leave the land of togs, jandles and rugby.
Love and hugs
Helena & Daisy

Now with the nicknames Scary and Baby - An Israeli girl (stary Mary) in our hostel at Bay of Islands named a group of 5 of us after the Spice Girls - and it's stuck! So much so that on neon night we dressed up with our new names down our arms. We just need our own Simon Fuller now... any takers?!

Dad I'm fed up with the weather here - I'm coming out to join you - I'm sure you won't mind? Wot, no mention of seeing England beat the Black Caps in the one-dayer as a highlight?! I've obviously got some work to do! Poops x
Helena The Kiwi Ex IS AMAZING. Scary and Baby - I'm sure you can work out which order! There was simply too much too write so we did the highlights of the Kiwi Ex only and not my time with Hannah. Internet is few and far between so we can only update in short bursts. Haha, we've just had breakfast on the balcony overlooking the Abel Tasman National Park. Love you Xx
