Hey people back home in snowy London!
We've just arrived in Dunedin near the bottom of the South Island - it's known for Speights Beer, the Cadbury Chocolate Factory and general partying. It's host to the most popular Uni in NZ...but after Queenstown, partying is not on the list!
It's impossible to describe how generally awesome Queenstown is. We ate our body weight in food and drank far too much. Fergburger was nearly the death of us after the night before. The burgers are literally the size of your face...it was a near-death experience. We've now taken too describing the state of being overfull as a Ferg-baby. Queenstown was the last time we were all together as a bus so we hit it quite hard (a complete understatement) George loved being put to bed early twice.
On another note, we had a St.Paddy's themed dressed up night in Lake Mahinapua which was insane. We went as the Seven Dwarfs and put bottles in our hair to create cone-heads. We won Second Prize which gave us a few extra dollars each :)
Really not ready to leave New Zealand. It's been so hard over the past couple of days to leave everyone. Reunions are already in the planning stage.
Love to Family Hall and Grimmer - and everyone else in between! Off to the Catlins tomorrow and Curio Bay to see the dolphins, sea-lions and penguins. XXX
