Got up early this morning(6:00am) to get to work for 8. I wasn't as tired as I expected to be and I think I am actually less tired when I get up early than when I sleep in. Had to rush from work to catch my lift to training and just got there on time. Training was a bit cooler(temperature wise) than it has been which was nice. Evening meal of dry Frosties. Heading to bed now-work at 2pm tomorrow.
