Going South… We left Fred and Margaret's this morning and drove South to Bunbury in Margaret's car. After we had checked into our apartment we went to the Visitors Centre and then walked around the town, but it seemed really quiet, so we drove to Marlston's lookout point and climbed up the tower to look over Bunbury. A massive family dinner! We had a fry up for breakfast (I'm getting a bit used to this!) and then went to Hilary's Harbour to the aquarium. It was their 20th birthday so there was lots to do there, and we spent a couple of hours in the underwater tunnel watching the sharks, fish and turtle, touching sting rays in the touch pool and looking at the sea lions. Beautiful beaches in WA Ben and I went to the beach on our own today which was nice. We headed for Burns Beach first, where we saw a newly wedded couple, and had a walk along the cliff top, but couldn't work out how to get to the beach! Fairies in Freemantle Fred and Margaret took us to Freemantle today, a city south of Perth on the Swan River. We had a walk around the shops and market (there was an amazing fairy shop there!), and then had lunch at the Sail and Anchor pub. At home in the "Lifestyle Village" We met my Uncle Fred this morning after breakfast and he drove us back to his house in Mindarie Keys.
