Coyote girls...and guys!
We did some planning this morning, and then the three of us left Angie and walked all the way along the beach and followed the trail around the coastline to the Byron Bay lighthouse. The nudists were out in full force again, and the same man we saw yesterday was doing his parade along the beach! We managed to get to a point that was parallel with the lighthouse but couldn't work out how to reach it, so we gave up and went down to the beach instead! The beach was sheltered by rocks, making it a bit more secluded, and it was nice to sunbathe after our two hour walk. We had to return the way we had come, which took a while, but we did pass the most Easterly point of Australia. It started to rain as we reached our end of the beach, and we were absolutely soaked by the time we got back.
We had sausages and salad for dinner and then went to a bar called "Cheeky Monkeys", where we ended up being front row for the Coyote Ugly girls' show! There was also a dance competition where most of the guys seemed to get naked - too much horrible nudity for one day!
