Left this morning for Plitvice National Park, Croatia. Ended up waiting on the coach for 30 minutes because Eric and Craig were still in bed at 8 when we were supposed to leave. Pretty funny watching them run up to the bus looking half awake. Those 2 should never share a room together.
We stopped at Lake Balaton in Hungary, the largest lake in Central Europe for a quick swim where Carlos showed us his "tarataram" haha. The lake was very pretty but ended up cutting my foot on a rock. After that we left for Croatia and I sat up front with Carlos and played bus DJ for a bit, big mistake, the drive there was SOO hot and the sun was shining right through the windscreen.
We stopped by an Army Museum where there were tanks and artillery. (The area is due to be the future museum of homeland war). We also stopped by a cute little area in Croatia which we arent allowed to stop at but Carlos thinks its really pretty so wanted to show us. It an area with cute houses and little streams and waterfalls... I need to find out the name of this place.
We arrived at Camp Korana and me and Bec and to run to get food for BBQ as Carlos had to drop off some people at another accommodation place. BBQ turned out great after Renee started the fire for us (after the boys futile attempts at getting the coals going). After dinner I took a quick shower and attempted to do a little latin dancing with Cinthia and Carlos before playing some indian poker/poker.
