We are back on the road again and are heading for Waitomo to see the Welsh Team train followed by a visit to the Gloworm Caves. Got to the training and there seemed to be more TV crews than fans there. We managed to avoid giving any interviews though as we have realized we have become over exposed - this realization came about when Gareth Charles (the Scrum V presenter) shouted over to me "oi aren't you the woman off the telly!" We did have words as it would seem it was his decision to broadcast my statement about the lager! Went to the caves after the session but we had to wait an hour before we could go in as they had closed it for the welsh team (those of you that know me would know that ordinarily I would have complained about this but as it was our boys I took it with good grace!) The caves were absolutely amazing although the guide told us the glowworms sometimes fall from the ceiling so I walked around with my hood up and my head down most of the time in fear that one of them would fall on me or worse in my mouth (yeuch!) We were late getting back so Nick found a short bike ride for us to do (yeah!) Two hours later it is getting dark and we were nowhere near the van (I reckon it was on par with the Tour de France!) Got back 3 hours later absolutely knackered. The upside is that the rugby is on in the pub and they told us we can park up for free for the night in the car park so we don't have far to walk home (bargain!)
