hey everyone. hope you are all ok. we have just got to the outskirts of sydney to a place called hurstville trying to find somewhere to stay. it is proving to be a nightmare to get close to the city though as nowhere has parking, so we will have to stay on the outskirts and catch the train in.
well we've had a good few days since the last entry at lakes entrance. there was huge storms about there so we ended up sleeping in the car for a night!! lakes entrance was ok, but we got a bit bored staying there for three days especially with the weather being bad. so we then went to eden and booked into a motel!! ah such luxury!!
next we went and stayed at this beautiful spot right next lake brou and next to the coast ( not even a ten second walk to both) it very so beautiful and secluded in the forest. but we had a bit of a fright the next morning on the way to the lake law almost stepped on a red bellied black snake....you should have seen us both. law did the ultimate girly thing screamed and ran off, tris doing the more sensible thing of getting out of its way then watching where it headed, it was so funny looking back. thankful it looked as suprised as us, it flicked its head towards us as a warning then sqirmed off. so we now have our eyes firmly on the ground. but were both a bit jumpy to say the least!!
the next day we stayed at jervis bay at a stunning location on the banks of a creek with amazing bird life. then on to a waterfall hunt seeking out fitzroy falls the highest in oz, it was very beautiful but the surrounding ones we found that were less well know were just as spectacular. some great walks too. we stayed at a place called kiama that is famous for two great blowholes which we saw. our campsite right on the cliff was beautiful
phew so another few crazy days. well better go internet is running out. speak soon
loads of love laura and tris x x x x x x
