Hey everyone

Just wanted to try out our blog, before we set sail on our journey, in less than 22 hours!! I can't believe that we are flying out tomorrow, I still feel like the trip is ages away, but no!!

We are almost ready to go, still some last minute packing going on, but all in all we're ready to go... Or at least as ready as we are going to get!!

But now that I know how this works, we will be able to update you all!! And we will update our blog! I promise!!

I have to go now, our "last" meal is about done... I guess next time we write, we will be somewhere in the Middle kingdom...
