we decide to stay in nha trang to celebrate halloween . in viet nam the children do not celebrate the same as we do in canada so we bought bags of candy and as familys would drive by the bar with there children on scooters we handed out candy to the kids (who didnt have the funds to have costumes) . It was hands down the best night i have ever spent in viet nam . see the attached photo album . ps we had these costumes made up in vietnam
