Just at Sydney airport and very sad to be saying goodbye to Australia, have had a brilliant last week here in Sydney and i've absolutely falling in love with the East Coast for sure - definately will be returning, still so much to see across the rest of the country :)

Had glorious weather for the best part of the week, so made the most of the ferries and travelled across to Manly and Watson Bay, had very good chips & chicken salt on the beach (a must for anyone travellin to Oz :)) Tired a chicko roll in Wollongong at the weekend but it didn't compare to chicken salt - wasn't such a taste sensation :) Sydney by night was good fun with Steven and Sharon - Kings Cross & Oxford Street an interesting experience, lol ;) Had the most amazing Blueberry vodka & lemongrass martini in the bar 'Blue' which is located in a old, newly converted to apartments warehouse. The bar was very sexy and glamourous...best cocktails by far in Sydney i'd say!! Finished the night at the Opera Bar, which has the most amazing views of the Harbour Bridge and of course the Opera House and some good Jazz :)

I'm still speechless about the Blue Mountains, Echo Point is just breathtaking and the walk down to the Three Sisters is doubly mad - something that has to be seen, as it is just undescribable. There were no clouds in the sky, so had miles and miles to see :) Saw a wild Koala actually which is a very rare thing indeed at the Blue Mountains Skyrail so that ended the day on an even higher note. Headed to Wollongong for the weekend and visited Fitzroy Falls with more beautiful landscapes, had fun completing the bush walk around the falls although the twin falls were less twin & more conjoined - didn't bring enough rain from england, lol :) Stopped in Robertson and had a very nice pie & Lammington...think i've tired most Aussie 'delicates' now inc. snags from the barbie :)

Having to end my blog here as my flight in ready for boarding, Tokyo here I come :) Not sure it will compare to Australia as it has been an absolute blast, so so so much fun but i'm sure it will be fantastic nonetheless :)
