I just asked Amanda what we did since i last blogged. One word answer. "shopped'. We also did a cooking class, so technically we did more than just shop, but cripes it doesn't feel like it. I'm over trying on clothes in sweaty back rooms and having the assistants perve at my t*** and cop a feel at the same time. Apparetnly I have very nice boobies, and Amanda has a great ass, and has several Vietnamese boys lined up for her (just in case the engagement does not work out).

Cooking class was great, we went to the markets, then had a boat ride to the cooking school which was set outstide in a pagoda type thing. I am crap at the decoration "create a fan from a cucumber' thing, but made a great fresh spring roll. Amanda was the pancake king and was the nerdy kid in the class who volunteered to go up the front for class participation. At least she didnt set the instructor alight.

We keep running into Aussies and NZers and pommies and have been told that the weather at home is s***. Well i would just like to take the time to RUB IT IN - 35 degress, HOT DAMN HOT, sunny. Only draw back is the 98% humidity which makes you feel like someone just dumped a bucket of hot water over your head and then rubbed you down with moisturiser so make you nice and slimy. We're over being slimy.

We are getting better at bartering - we think. We are now getting less ripped off. Today we bought something for 80,000 dong (around 8 dollars) which we bought a couple of days ago for 150,000 (around 15 dollars). which makes one cheap or the other expensive. You pick.

Tomorrow we are going to check out the beach and then have another massage (just cause we can). We are trying to mentally prepare ourselves for Saigon. I put my money on us staying in our room watching HBO movies and eating room service.
