Hi kids, so how's the trainspotting going, apart from the one you're on I guess. Any bum sores yet from all that sitting down admiring the scenery? Cant believe it's only been two weeks since you left and sounds like you've done a lot already....good work. Could do with seeing a few more photos when you get a chance. Eaten anything unusual yet? Michael - you'll be pleased to know the OOs 2s have played six, won 5, lost 1 so far so good....we're missing your front row expertise though. I'm off to Lowey's wedding this weekend, should be a riot (which we narrowly avoided on the stag-do in Paris last weekend!!). Anyway enough of my rambling....take it easy. Iain

Go to the BP office in Irkutsk - I can call you there..... ;o) Getting daily reports from my Expats there - apparently it is COLD! Minus 3 here in sunny Glasgow - brrrrr!!!!! Hope the train journey beats Scotrail! Just sitting in your chair writing my uni essay Kaz! It is safe and well and missing you - comfy though!!! Doubt it'll ever make it to Wales! Anyone know anything about 'HRM and organisational culture'? DULL!!! Lots of love, missing you! Jx

Greetings from Wales. You'll be pleased to know that this morning i had to scrape the ice off the car. You'll be pleased to know that i was in work until 8pm. You'll laught at the fact that Wales thrashed the mighty fijians by a wopping 1 point. You'll have a smug grin all over your little travelling faces why? because you're wherever you are and i am here.
Please keep posting any piccies and by all means send us a post card..although this is far more 21st century.
Stay well, drive safe and don't pick up any nasty skin diseases....bwiss.

Bindi And Gordon And Tony
hi karen and michael, gordon is recovered from his lyme's disease but not the tedium of non-travelling life. postcards sound great as does a train journey with nothing to do but eat, drink chat and read. nothing else to report here - celtic top of the league. christmas shopping looms.

Hi Michael and Karen,
This is your father's (Karen) friend. Tony is showing me how to use this page.
All the best - totally envious!! I remeber travelling / back packing in the mid 80's! Enjoy

Hi Karen & Michael,
I'm looking outside at the awful Dutch weather and although I'm sure your weather is much colder, I bet that it's a lot more fun where you are - like many others, I'm having to slave away in the office.
I just wanted to say that it's great to get all your news and I really wish you both a fab trip.
We're thinking of you both a great deal - and of how lucky you both are!
