Hi, can we keep this website open once your travels have finsihed so we can use it as a cross cultural meeting place of minds / forum of fun etc - useful for the Grogans to keep in contact across the seas - hello to the Grogans ....!!!! - at least until we get our own one set up down here in Sydney...............then we can load our photos , do chats etc as well .

This machine seems to have a mine of its own. Thankfully you will be back after the election and wont have all the rubbish we are having to listen to at the moment. Ben is back on Saturday from his ski season and have to pick him up from Luton - I have already restocked the cupboards and freezer. As it is snowing there I assume you are borrowing warm clothes as you only went with summer things!

No news just came back from a air mile trip to NYC in an attempt to get work clothes, failed but have some wonderful shoes, and saw some old friends as well.

Here is some "Food for Thought" on how to lower the fat content of some of the products sold at Tim Hortons:

Hold the dressing on your "Tim's Own" sandwich
Choose clear based soups versus cream based soups
Use 2% milk in your coffee versus 18% cream
Use 2% White Milk or 1% Chocolate Milk in place of the 18% Cream in your Iced Cappuccino
Bagels are a low fat alternative and cream cheese is available in light varieties.
Low fat muffins all contain less than 3g of fat.

Hi Mate Have sent txts but in my true organised style to the wrong number. Am currently residing at home being paid by Kent Police - off sick - so ideal opportunity for me to find all the people I was supposed to keep in touch with over the last year.
