Well, it's official. I'm back in Blighty and kept my return date a bit of a secret for a while so that I could surprise a few people, who were duly shocked I think. It's very strange being back here after my big world exploration - in some ways it feels like I never left and in others I feel very out of touch. A few more pictures and postcards have been added of my last days in Canada and my return.

I have had an amazing adventure, experiencing many things - beautiful, scary, upseting, breathtaking, overwhelming, historical, tragic, poignant - the list is endless. I have also spent time with some truly fabulous people (and some not so great ones, but hey that's life!) and I really must thank everyone who has put me up and made me feel so welcome. Thanks also to everyone for their messages and e mails - they are much appreciated when you are alone on the other side of the world.

Hi Shes, just a quick one as work is completely chaotic at the moment and home life is equally fraught as Tatiana is not far off walking and cannot be left for a second!
