Trailor on Tour
The weekend spent with Michelle and was Paul was a lovely way to end the trip. We spent lunch one day at the Saskatoon Farm, which did all things Saskatoonberry - heaven. As well as having toonberry rice pudding for lunch I bought some jam, a pie and a jar of berries in juice which is to be mixed with a litre of gin and left for a month, resulting in a toon martini - can't wait.
On the Saturday we drove out to Chateau Lake Louise for dinner at the Poppy Restaurant, which was lovely and I had a fabulous piece of Alberta steak. Lake Louise was just starting to thaw out, but wasn't quite frozen enough to skate or walk on, but beautiful none the less. The drive out through the Rockies is one of those that you would never tire of - stunning mountains all the way. S xx
