Tuesday, Sophie spent the morning on sandboarding. Unfornately I spent more time on my bum than on the board but I managed a few runs on down the dunes!

Then I went skydiving, which was the best thing I have ever done! The weather was beautiful so I got to jump out of the plane with a clear sky looking over table mountain and the coast around cape town!! I am still buzzing!

I am now planning some more activities as i think this trip has turned me into an adrenaline junkie!! Got to go and sort myself out now as I am still covered in sand and bruises! check out the pics x
