Enjoyed a good session of touch rugby in the sweltering heat of the day! Then bought a golf ball and smashed it down the beach for an hour or so! Missing sport for sure!

Jeffreys Bay is where the surfers championships are held sponsored by Billabong as that's where the factory is, so I got myself in on some five-quid flip-flops.

Spent day with English lads watching England beat Italy in the rugby at the Jolly Dolphin (bar we visited two years ago). I popped to another bar to watch United beat City and Spurs beat Sunderland. After plenty of drinks, a blonde surprise and a Spurs win, I headed back to get ready for our night out.

Jack almost got in a fight but I made the American lad cry before we went on our J Bay night out for the first time in two years! Plenty of dancing was in order and pool before Mike upset an Afrikaaner and it was time for him and Jack to go home. I hung out with this lad all night but it wasn't a particularly wonderful night despite some of the laughs provided by Wilko.

For my commitment to the shop where I was buying rolls, spreading one leaflet and bringing four more customers the following day, the kind gentlemen and woman gave me a free ice cream of choice! Yum-yum.
