Talked more to the Danish guy at Doogalls and turns out he has worked on game reserves, national parks and at the exact same place we went shark diving in SA called Gansbaai. He was telling us about his job characterising the animals, taking photos of fins etc, was very interesting. Turns out aswell that apparently the biggest great whites ever caught were in Cyprus measuring 6 metres in length and weighing 2 and a half tonnes! They also tagged them in SA and found that within 9 months one had swam from gansbaai all the way to Australia and back! That takes some going!

Standard day doing some shopping, chilling whilst weather was continuously s***. It came to 6 o clock and I requested the tv be put on so I could watch Spurs v Chelsea! Got chatting to a local guy called Innocent who was the first guy I have met since the Uk to follow Spurs! However, he admitted that he also likes United which put a downer on things! He was more keen to ask me a hundred bloody questions on politics and power and war and parliament and monarchy and america and england and weather etc. So inquisitive. I just wanted to enjoy my Sobo and watch Spurs win instead of answering questions! I was fuming after Gomes cocked up twice and luckily saved the yids a point. Felt really ill in the evening and then the fat snoring guy from Cape Maclear turned up and became our 40 odd year old friend. Claudias Odysseus of South Africa! Some local rastafarian was trying to team up with me and join a business selling things between the uk and malawi!
