Today was another day of exploring the area and getting on our feet. Had a look around the town and the harbour. What a beautiful place!
We then went for a meal on the sea front in a wicked restaurant called pilot pub, located right on the beach. Excellent food and lovely staff couldn't ask for a better atmosphere sat in the sun sipping cocktails and surrounded by food.
Then we walked passed a protest due to the mining accident earlier in the week. A mine collapsed killing over 200 people, which caused protest in the town as they believed it was mass murder not and accident! Due to this awful accident many of the shops and bars where closed for a sign of respect.
By the evening we was ready to party! So we hit the town about 9pm, we then got talking to the locals to find out no where gets busy until 1am so it was back to the hotel past the shop and drink a bottle of vodka.
Well you could have argued it was battery acid and not vodka it burnt! Foul tasting stuff, next time I'll stick to Russian standard!
Back out on the town where it was fairly quiet, this didn't stop us going for a party ducking and diving in and out of all the different bars and clubs.
Then for the stagger home and we have no idea what way to walk, took some time but got there in the end via the kebab shop at 4 in the morning but nothing beats a chicken kebab at that hour.
