Woke up starving, but finding a place that serves breakfast was a bit of a challenge as Italians don't typically have breakfast. We were told to go to Cafe Positano, the only place that serves 'American' breakfast. The breakfast coct €10 and consisted of a teeny weeny pancake, eggs, something that may have been bacon, and hotdogs (supposedly sausages). Chalk it up to experience.
We walked down to the beach and got on a ferry to Capri, a 30 minute boat ride. Capri is beautiful, we took the funiculare to the top - amazing views! Lots of expensive shops, so browsing was all we did.
We returned to Positano and found the Latteria to purchase our provisions to save some money as well as allowing us to relax in our apartment. Ordered pizza, salad, and tiramisu to go from Saraceno d'Oro, a very nice family run restaurant. Yummy! Wine is cheap too. Had a nice dinner on our balcony overlooking the town and the Mediterranean Sea.
