Today, we arrived in Seattle after a 4 hour flight from Dallas. We had an early 7am flight, so we had to get Natalie up really early. She was such a great kid on the plane. She slept most of the time and when she wasn't, she was playing with folks on the plane. Alaska Air was trying to save the middle seat for us on the plane so we could put Natalie's car seat in between Dad and I. We had the seat empty until they said the door was closing. After months of planning and waiting, our 12 day journey has begun. We are driving to Dallas, Texas to fly on Alaska Airlines to Seattle. Natalie will get the chance to see her family on my fathers side...maybe even her 90 year old Great Great Great Aunt Blanche who lives in Bellingham, Washington.
