Hello everyone, only a quick one. We are both fine, a little tired from the 20k walk we did today- lets just say that the Cabin boy shouldn't be in charge of Navigation. And one place you don't want to get lost is a mountain in the middle of no-where. We left Javea and are currently in a place called Villanova de Prades- 100km from Barcelona. We are moving on again tomorrow to Albi- France. We have heard the weather isabit rubbish everywhere else in Europe, but as we have only 16 days left we have no choice but to move on back towards home.
Earlier in the week we took the train from Mont Blanc (a different place to the one in France which has expensive pens named after it) It took about an hour and a half to get there. We got on an open top tourist bus at the station and toured the place for hours getting on and off to se the various sights.
Barcelona is a great place filled with amazing architecture, most famously Antoni Gaudis Sagrada Familia which was definitely the highlight of the day. It is truly a spectacular sight and its still not going to be finished for decades. Its great to see a city that spends so much money on making the place great rather than just functional. Definitely worth a return visit.
Not a lot else to say really, just been relaxing, reading, sleeping & walking. The weathers getting colder so we know its nearly home time L.
Till next time, we hope everyone is ok and we are really looking forward to seeing everyone again.
Lots of love
Martin & Kazzie- that's Captain Kazzie to you lot!!! xx
