06/11/2013 Had a real chilled day. Mike also rocked back up a day early. Claimed I was gonna leave tomorrow so said bye for the second time. Had a good craic on with the owner, a really old guy who can still be seen doing the books, serving the customers. Maybe he works because he has to, but I preferred to think it was just because he still loves his job. Hope I'm like that when I'm that old. 05/11/2013 Woke up early, got bus to Galle for a day trip, a colonial fort on a panicular 10 miles from Hikkaduwa. Asked some tuk tuk drivers whats good to see in the area, and eventually settled for 1800rs (£9) for a tour. We stopped early and I stumped up 500 for the petrol. 02/11/2013 Arose early as I was getting picked up at 5. Went outside to find the gate to the guesthouse was locked, and also the driver was not there.
