I wake by 6.30am and Eugenia is out taking photos. I use the loo and then have a little look around the camp. I can hear people singing on the other side of camp. It feels really nice here and I'm sure at 3820m we are all feeling a lot more comforable. I enjoy my tea and water bowl and Eugenia helps me get my knees strapped up for the rest of the descent. Its about 1.30pm. The heat has warmed everything up to a lovely temerature and I cant quite believe how cold it was just 14 hrs ago. Early this morning we are woken up for some food and tea. Managed to make it through the night without being sick and I'm feeling better now my body has had a chance to rest. After last nights lonely and scary events, I'm woken up with tea and then hot water and as I peer out of my tent I see the clouds below us and the awesome view. I have splendid views of the Shira Ridge to the west with its three pinnacles of the Shira Needle, Shira Cathedral and East Shira Hill. (another Hill!)
