Sentosa sure kept me entertained for a good few hours. Got the cable car over and headed straight for the luge. Took a walk to the most southerly point in continental Asia, had a little go on a Segway, ziplined down an awesome 450m descent from the hilltop to the beach and concluded the visit with a drink and snack at the Wavehouse, watchin…

Nicky Hi Thals Sounds like you are having a fab time. Looking forward to seeing your hundreds of pics when you get back. I am very jealous you got to hug a panda. You won't be so lucky when you go to Borneo though, however much you ask they won't let you hug a baby orang utan! Loving the funny food stories and glad you are staying away from the dog and rat but you need to be more adventurous than pizza, crisps and magnums! Make sure you try lots of the yummy stir frys in Vitenam and Thailand!! I particularly recommend Chicken fried rice and pineapple shakes in Thailand. Chicken fried rice might sounds boring but so much better than what you would get back home. Looking forward to the nexy insalment! Nxx

cousin harry hey Thals, It looks like you are having an AMAZING time. I have read ALL your blog entries and found them really interesting. A great reminder for you in years to come and what an excellent way to share your trip with everyone else. I love the way you write, very articulate little lady. I also love the fact that you are living on Magnums, Dunkin Donuts and Popcorn. Any Krispy Kremes out there?? I hope you have a fab time in Vietnam...I have heard it's stunning. Gillian Hello! Found you! Thank you so much for my postcard that arrived this morning - the Great Wall looks gorgeous. You seem to be living on popcorn and magnums which doesn't sound ideal! Bet that you are looking forward to Vietnamese and Thai food by now? However, I do think that you should give some of the weird and wonderful Chinese food a try; who knows you might end up with a penchant for dog/cat/pig brain? Quite surreal being home, but not exactly stopped - Dad exchanged on the house yesterday so we're moving on 3 June, not found anywhere else in Harpenden yet, but he's hoping to complete on Hamble before so if needs be we'll go there until he finds a rental in Harpenden. Hope that you are having as wonderful time as it sounds like you are and don't worry about the toilets. From what I hear China is probably the most extreme place in terms of toilet behaviour in the world, so wherever you go after here will seem like a breeze! Lots of love and see you soon! xxx
