It's been my first week teaching and things are getting easier.  I am playing Bingo all week as no one seems to know numbers beyond ten which I think is quite bad.  The children love it and want to play even when the lesson is over.  The ones who win get sweets which are good at making them behave.  I have just been to stock up on my supplies. 

This week is a short week.  I definitely have Thursday off and maybe Wednesday.  I will find out on Wednesday if the children will be going to the temple and whether or not I'm teaching.  I really hope they don't expect me to go.  My monk phobia is getting worse.  I have to see so many of them at the station on the way to work.

On Thursday I hope to go to the Temple in the photograph as it's just down the road from my apartment.  I meant to go at the weekend but it was just too hot.  Then I will spend the rest of the day at the swimming pool.  In a few weeks the school has Teacher's Day where the children pararde around for the teachers so thereare no lessons that day.  It seems as though there are many special days so will be getting quite a few days off.  Unfortunately transport here is so slow that you can't really go anywhere.  I will get a 4 day weekend about half way through the term so may try to go to the beach.
