Today I planned on getting up sort of early and leaving the hotel room by around 10ish so I could see some more New York sites but things didn't really go as planned which really didn't bother me.
As I left the our hotel it was spitting but a little rain never hurt anyone! I headed towards The Chrysler Building, it was that foggy by this point I couldn't even see them top! From there I walked towards the Flatiron Building through Madison Square Park, it was a really nice park but then the rain started to get a bean heavier, as I was right near Madison Square Gardens I quickly took some photos before I got on the subway.
I went to the West Village so I could see the outside of the Friends building which they used in the show. By this point is was pissing down!! Next was to meet Elise and Megan and Macy's, I caught a cab, just easier annnnd it's New York, you can't go there without getting a yellow cab!

Macy's was huge, I headed straight to Starbucks, my feet were soaked a I thought it would be best to wait for Elise and Megan! We looked and make up and shoes and then it s time for Megan and I to do the Sex and the City tour! As the traffic was so crazy the tour guide was running late so instead of starting at 3, we started at 3.30 and finished up around 7. I was so excited for the tour, we had a few stop offs and had some cocktails and cup cakes which were very yummy! The only disappointing thing was we didn't get to go to her steps! Seriously that's one of the reasons you do the tour!! Next time I come back here I'll have to go :)

So as the tour ran late we were running late for the Yankees vs Redsox game, we caught the subway to the Bronx, as we exit the station there are herds of Yankees supporters everywhere!!! The game was rained out, I called the ticketing company a few times throughout the day to see if it was still on and at 6.30 it was, by 7.45 when we got there, it was called off. After greeting a taxi back into Manhattan we were pretty b*****ed but also a bit peckish, we spoke to concierge and the lady recommended a few paces but we decide to head to a piano bar called Don't Tell Your Mamma and we had a great night!!! For dinner, we had a small pizza, chicken skewers and also these green beans which were grilled then fried or something? We also had a cocktail or two and they were niiiicee! Thr piano bar wasn't a fancy pansy one like you see in the movies, it was more of a relaxed one where all of the bar and wait staff sing, the tip fishbowl goes around and everyone had a good laugh! We met this older couple then and I swear they party harder then what we do! They were giving up places to go out in San Fran, Vegas and also LA!

We headed home around... 12.30 or maybe 1? I still had to do all of my packing which omg I really hate!! It took me frikken ages annnd it was so annoying but I got it all done so the next morning we just had to wake up and go!
