I suspect that for most people, getting there is just a necessary evil of going on any vacation. It's not like that for us; for us, getting there is just PART 1 of the adventure. For starters, this is Jordan's first time on a plane. She feels like she is on a roller coaster....6 1/2 miles in the air. My mom had told us that sitting forward of the wing would provide the smoothest flight, and I would have to agree. After about six months of planning, our departure is less than 24 hours away. I have read just about everything I could find to read about traveling to China, and looked at our amazing itinerary so much I should have it memorized by now. I have heard conflicting advice from everyone I know who has been to China! All we can do now is get there and enjoy it!
