Throughout the week we toured the area. We decided to do a "Hotel Hop" as all the hotels looked so magnificent and exciting, we just had to see what each one was about. Each hotel was like a different city around the world. Caesars Palace was Roman themed, it was beautiful, the palazzo area had a mini Trevi Fountain and the ceiling had blue skies painted on it. We left Hollywood at about 10:30 am to start making our way to Las Vegas. The trip is approximately 4 1/2 hours, wasn't sure what to expect. The scenery was amazing, the mountains touched the skies, on some mountains you could see snow! It was warm in the car so seeing snow capped mountains was pretty strange.
