so, as i promised, i did write a long blog entry on my train ride from paris to amsterdam. but, so far i have not been able to use my computer to get online and post it. so....still no pics. i am leaving for berlin tomorrow and i think i will be able to get my computer online there. hopefully

anyways, my trip here was quite eventful. i missed my train to amsterdam and the next availble one didnt arrive untill 11:15. so i got in to the city at 11:15 and still had no place to stay. after figuring out how to use the payphones, i called several places only to find out that the whole stinking city is booked up. s***ty. eventually i found this place called the Hanz Brinker Buget Hotel. i am staying in a dorm style room with a few other friendly people. one from sydney, one from london, one from tokyo and one from israel. what a mess. well, the nightlife in the city is insane. you can basically party all night till the sun comes up, but unfortunatly i have not made it that long yet. i usually pass out before. also, this place is a maze. everytime i try to get somewhere i get lost. i gotta run, but ill post again when i get to berlin. bye for now
