well, i am in berlin now after a few minor delays in my travel plans. originally i was planning on going to brussels for a few days, but when i arrived i could not find a place to stay and i found the people there were not very friendly or accomidating. i wasnt all that interested in the city anyways, so i booked an overnight train to berlin. oh boy. it was interesting sleeping next to 4 other strage people, with no room to even get comfortable. but, i managed to get some sleep and arrived in berlin with relativly high spirits despite the few moral breaking events that have taken place the last few days. so far, i have seen the city from the train, and my hostel is only a short walk to the east art gallery (i think that is what it is called). basically, it is the largest surviving section of the berlin wall and it was opened for grafitti artists to dislay their work for the public out in the open. its not the best part of town, but the train station is close by and i plan on doing a good ammount of sightseeing tomorrow since i am planning on going to prague on tuesday. of course, we all know how my plans have gone so far. but i think that is what will happen. i guess that is it for now.
