Update from Cancun so far:-)
Arrived her on Sunday, it was very comfortable to come to a more westernized place again! With proper Internet and feeling safe walking in the streets alone:) The first day I went to the beach with a group of people from the hostel, after that we had some street tacos, real hot and yummy:) Monday I just stayed at the hostel and organized stuff and catched up with friends and news online!
Tuesday I went diving in some reefs outside Cancun, it was a wonderful feeling to visit the underwater world again! That day I did my first wreck dive, which was really cool:-) It was 5-6 big Eagle Rays swimming just above our heads when we got down there, and the wreck was full with fishes. I even got to swim inside the wreck! The second dive was also very nice, the water is like 28 degrees here, and so perfectly clear and blue!
Today we went to and Island called Cozumel, which has the world second largest reef, it was the best dive site i have been to! And I saw sea turtles for my first time:-D They are just so cute and peaceful! I spotted one shark as well, only a small reef shark, but its always special to see a shark:-) The reef had lots of small holes and tunnels to swim through as well, which is fun to do! Everything was just perfect:-)
Tomorrow I'm just gonna relax by the beach or do some reading in a hammock, don't know yet! But on Friday I'm going diving in some underwater caverns! That its gonna be really exciting I think.. Its supposed to be one of the best places in the world for that here!
