Hello & Merry Christmas All! You'll all be pleased to know that we got the bus in the end to Chiang Mai & it wasn't as bad as expected! It took 21 hrs in total and that included waiting around for 5 hrs for the sun to come up & the border to open. Hello To all of our readers out there! Arrived in Bangkok yesterday morning at 6:20am. Both very tired as didn't sleep much on the plane, also took a nytol each which didn't help when trying to stay awake! Hostel is nice and clean. A bit noisy at night but not that we noticed as we were dead to the world! Already eaten lots of street food- 50p a meal!! Pad Thai all the way! I also had a Thai massage (Vickey) basically got poked and prodded for an hour for £4!...
