March has been great fun!!
We have done a lot, enjoyed ourselves and had great visitors.

I have been massaging more and more guests from the hotel, I hope that becomes even more popular I am enjoying that so far. Rich is still working hard, the report from his 3 month work review was great work, but get a hair cut.... fair enough.

We have been continuing with the fire department this has been fun. We've been crawling through confined spaces with all the oxygen tank and all the gear, you have to take off the tank which is still plugged into you face mask and crawl along with it in the dark, this was hard work but we both really enjoyed it, then we've had to rescue very heavy dummies form a building climbingf stairs and going through confined spaces in a building we didnt know and in the pitch black. Next we'll be learning how to pick up a body in various ways, I just know they will make me lift the very heavy one all by myself!

We had a lovely 10 day visit from Jules, Mike, Chris, louis and Worral!! they all seem to have a great time. second night we had a lovely dinner at the glacier restaurant at the chateau, Mmm Bison pie!! After this the lads and I all playewd beer pong with frank, stu and shannon for a bit, then went to the pub at the chateau. The thursday night we went to tiga night which was organised by rich and his flatmate John, a lot of people turned up in a toga which made the evening really fun. we enjoyed a nice couple of days at the ski hill appart from my hamstring hurting loads ( this was soon sorted by a knee support!) and Worral flying onto some roccks during a ski run; this left a nice scrape on his face and a bad shoulder, but this didnt stop anyone from enjoying their holiday.
Rich and i had a lovely time with Jules and Mike. We took a heli-tour, this was amazing, so many breath-taking views the whole time, i do have some fantastic photos, but for some reason it wont let me upload them onto here, b ut they are on facebook for those with access (mum and dad ask mark!! or create an account) I'll see if i can get them on here soon. We enjoyed a lovely day in banff looking at all the various lakes, they werre beautiful and all starting to melt which made it even more beautiful. We had a very nice meal with Jules and Mike on the last night of their stay, thank you very much for that!!
We were always busy and did so many activies, we really had fun.

Since then, we have had more snow and i enjoyed a great day at the ski hill yesterday I took my ipod along and i found It really helped me to fight the fears that i usually have. The girls i went with helped me too and gave me some coaching tips.
Rich went ot the chiropractor, this was very much needed, his spine was all twisted, and I think he enjoyed all the cracking sounds. I massaged him after (the chiro gave me a list of muscles whihc need deep tissue massaging) his back actually felt so much better, before muscle had been bulky in various places. thank you Chiropractor!

I am now insured on our jolly green giant car/truck and am having fun learning to drivwe here, need some more practise to get used to it, and need to stop driving too far over on the right hand side.

I hope everyone is well. its now April and we're enjoying the snow, really looking forward to the Summer now, it is supposed to be even better than the winter is here!!
