Nice to see what you've been up to in New Zealand. Trust you are keeping safe in Australia - the news from there has been quite horrendous. Love to you both.

Where are you? Keep looking at the blog and there is nothing to read .... I can only think that you are having such a good time in NZ that you can't find the time to tells us about it!!! Thinking about you and hoping that you are still enjoying your travels.

Just a little PS.
Is Tracie Aitchison the same person we used to live opposite in Chineham, Basingstoke and who was friends with Danielle? Just interested .....

Happy New Year to you both. Thanks for the bottle of wine you organised at the hotel - we did manage to empty it before flying back to the UK! It was really lovely to meet up with you both and we hope you are continuing to enjoy your stay in NZ. We had a fantastic time and can thoroughly recommend the South Island. Don't hesitate to contact Danielle for any help you might need for places to visit etc. Our journey home was an epic - started out at 3 on Monday morning in NZ; ten hour stop in Brunei (seemed like a lifetime and not to be recommended); arrived Heathrow about 7ish Tuesday morning and then caught a bus to Stansted - weather in UK below zero and traffic jams everywhere but managed to get a meal at the airport before boarding. Arrived home around 6pm Wednesday night - two mugs of tea, two paracetamol and twelve hours of sleep I am now feeling like I am back in the land of the living. Just downloaded our photos so can now enjoy the souvenirs of our trip. Enjoy NZ - I am sure it will be the highlight of your trip. Lots of love to you both P & J

Just logging on to see what you have been up to and I can tell that you are having a really great time. You both look so well and so happy. Thought I would just leave you a message to wish you a Happy Birthday, Steve, as I am not sure when you might be able to read your messages. Only two weeks to go till we leave for the UK and then off to NZ. Looking forward to meeting up with you (think I might need some instant tan so that we don't look too pale by contrast!). House painting is now completed - John had put a week aside for the task - it only took three weeks!!! Now tackling the garden which needs a lot of pruning before we leave. Not long to go until we are putting our feet up and enjoying a lazy life with Danielle. Happy birthday and carry on enjoying yourselves. Love from Auntie Pam and Uncle John
