Menno and shama took us to a tourist spot called Zaanse schanse a small replica of a old town of holland with all sorts of shops and windmills we say how wooded clogs were made, we sampled some cheeses and also bought some. We say a working windmill which was cutting logs and making them into boards hard to explain but very interesting to a wood guy like myself. Wow what a day. Went into Amsterdam today via train arrived at grand central we booked a hop on hop off canal pass and also a tour of the heineken factory. We then went on the canal towards the Factory. Floating down the old canals was great so much to see to much to explain in a small blog just amazing.
