I'll be wrapping up this blog soon as I won't have internet for a while but don't worry I'll still be able to tell all the cool stories when I get home!

Hey Steph - Nice to hear from you again. Been thinking about you all week and anxiously awaiting your next update. I'm so glad you're doing this blog and posting photos. I continue to be amazed at the experiences you are having there and admire so much what you're doing. Wow! When you get back I want to hear everything! All the little details that you can't capture in a blog. Glad you're back in Mumbai and benefiting from the more established program. Sounds like Pune was a bit frustrating at times to say the least. I hope that your sinusitis is better. Given your photos and blog it is my sincere wish and prayer that you need no more medical care while you are there!! Keep hanging in. Stay safe and healthy and have fun!!!
Thinking of you and wishing you the best everyday,
Kathy

Hi there,
Wow, you are really experiencing India! Stay safe while you're out of range. We all look forward to hearing about where you have been and what it was like. Say hi to Rachel. You are in my thoughts daily. I have people ask about you all the time and how you are doing in India. Your pictures are so amazing, I wish I could share them with everyone. (did you guess I just discovered the face option? )

Hey Steph,
Another adventur! The sights are beautiful, the towns interesting and the people very unique. What is considered an Indian holiday? Were the people you visited English speaking and welcoming to you? You look great in the photos. How is the food? We have a friend who has family in Pune. What are the chances of that?!?!! The Temple was beautiful. Make your week the best! You are in out thoughts and prayers. SMIE!

Hello there!
Whoa! What a hike! really beautiful. Amazing that people were living in/on the hillside. The contrasts in India are also amazing. What other things have you been doing in the clinics? Are you done with the clinic you were just in, where you had language issue? Where will you go next?
Really glad to hear from you. Write again when you can.

Hi there,
Fabulous! Fabulous pictures! So glad to hear you are feeling better. Some of the medical procedures you describe sould scary. I am a bit surprised that some of the people at the hospital you were at this week did not understand some English. I suppose a translator would have been VERY helpful, needless to say. I am sure you and Rachel are excellent ambassators, on many levels. It't good you have each other to rely on. Too bad the people at the hospital were not briefed on your level of education. It could have enhanced everyone's experience.
This weekend, the website was acting up for me again. That's why I am responding a day or so later. We watch you website daily for any updates. It's something to look forward to. My best to Rachel.
Stay well. We love you :) OOXOO

Hey there, Stephanie, You are having a fabulous experience. I the language barrier is a tough one but sooner or later they will have to open the line of communication or the program will die. The photos are awesome. Thanks for tuning us into the real world in India. I can sympathize with you on cockroaches, they are nasty, we have them in Florida too, gross!! Keep the light on and get rid of water which is a main attraction for them. Roaches work better in the dark so light on and shake those shoes!! Keep sending your experience to us. It is great, be careful and enjoy the adventure. You are doing a great service to them and to yourself. America is the greatest place on earth and this experience will help you share that with those you touch in India. SMILE, you are in our thoughts and prayers. love ya Judy

Hi there,
Really liked the pictures of the park. Why are the trees cut off at the top? Ahh roaches! I second your opinions. I think God created roaches and then discovered he couldn't get rid of them either! Don't forget, use the heel of the shoe :)
