Today I headed back to the Mara for a few weeks. A friend of Gerard’s gave me a lift down in his little plane. I spent a few hours at the Aeroclub waiting for him – it’s smart!

arrived early at nairobi international airport and went back to grandma's for a quick bacon sandwich before being picked up and taken the 4 hours up to laikipia.
