Ok, just a short message: I'm off to the Rila mountains now. It's gonna be an awesome hike. I willl start tomorrow morning and until then I will give me a nice treat and check into a hotel right on foot of the mountains. It's even cheaper than the hostel here in Sofia (Hostel Mostel, very awesome hostel!).

Yesterday can be quickly summarized with my new catch phrase: "Not working. This Bulgaria. No Germany!" (cite of a bus driver) :D.

Ok, i'll be safe. Next stop for today: Govedarci. Tomorrow morning: Maliovica. Hike to Rila monastery. Then take a wild bus cruise to Macedonia (Skopje or Ohrid Lake). Now you know: Just in case... But no worries, I'll be safe! I feel like in a small latin american country though. In the capital everything is fine (dictatorship) but outside it's rebel country. Guess there are some stereotypes left...
