Friday night i made a veg curry and dhal for them. They said it was fine but i know something was missing i just couldnt put my finger on it. They were being picked up at 7 and so i had the tea ready for half7 but nobody came until 815, nightmare. Turns out most of them want to shower first then eat. Well, atleat i no this now. Anyway they ate up, i cleaned up and then went home. Before i did the guy whos helping me with the cooking was saying something about a phone and i showed him mine and he the asked yto prank a number. i said it was ok and then he leaves a message on a phone and after that all night he was asking if i had any missed calls, which i hadnt. When i got home I had a chat with the guys at the house and then went to bed. 4 people were leaving on sa and so the rest of the house were drinking. I was kindly woken up at 2am to drunken so and so's making noise and then it felt like a blink before my alarm was going off at 430!

Saturday i was picked up as usual, made there egg breakfast and chicken curry lunch and then went home. As people were leaving there was alot going on so i didnt catch up on any shut eye which made me very tiered. I made a phone call to the butcher to try and get some mutton as the indians have been harping on about it but he was about to close and so said we had to wait until monday, fair enough. I was picked up at half11 and brought to the hostel were i did nothing but watch tv and look over my costings again. I then had the veg curry ready for them when they were back and showered and that was that. It was anthonys night off and he had gone out with a few mates for a meal and cesar was busy also so i ended up staying at the hostel. I didnt mind as i got to watch the sky tv in the tv room until i felt tired and then went to my own room which was nice and warm and went to sleep. 2am my phone rings and when i answer it i get an angry sound indian man talking down the phone and shouting a name. In my confussed sleep mode i just said wrong number mate and hung up. The phone rang again and i put it to voicemail before turning my phone to silent.

Today, Sunday is there day off and so was ly-ins all round. I was in the kitchen for 8 and waited for 10mins for someone to come and show me how to make a malaisian ommelette. He did it and showed me and we made it for everyone and i must say, apart form being spicy for first thing in the morning it was very nice!! They all keep trying to tell me to get mutton/kangaroo for dinner and fishy for lunch but they dont listen when i say i cant get it. I think that they know that im not a boss and so try to push what they can get with me, especially as another guy came up to me and said 'cell phone i will prank call india' just said no i went and spoke to the man in charge who said he would sort it. THEN, i was told i would be taught more currys on sundays so i wnet and got all the veg and a chicken ready and they started cooking. First off i was told that they wanted more rice doing, and so against mine and anthonys judgment we did this and then i was told not to write down as its very complicated and they will do it all and took the pen and paper off me. Well unless they want the same two currys all the time then im going to have to write down!! I think i remembered it all anyway and they showed me a very nice tomato chutney. After that they went all excited into the tv room to watch 'hindi films'. i then went to clear up and suprise suprise there was a shed load of rice left. I told anthony this who went and spoke to the guy incharge saying it wasnt on and he said that it was because it was undercooked and they didnt want to get ill. Firstly i didnt cook it and secondly they ALL had heaps of rice and are just trying to cover their backs now. Like i said, there trying to play me like a fool. Now i have tea all prepped and just waiting to go and start cooking when they finish their film. I think theres a meeting later on to try and sort out tht everyone cant keep butting in they the food and doing what they like and that they need to let me do the portioniong, see how that goes!!
