Arrive in koh samui - lush weather at last - amazing beach near our 'convotel' aka hotel - staying in Chaweng near Ark bar - the main bar on samui apparantly. Head down to the beach for afternoon, lovely swim in the sea - all want to do jet skiing but abit too pricey for our traveller budget!have dinner then it pisses down with rain - thunder and lightening, all still knackered from last night so earliesh night. Would have liked to stay abit longer in samui but all keen to head back up to Bangkok to book chang mai check - cant seem to find travel that leaves later in the day so have to leave at midday - have an epic 18 hour bus, boat and tuk tuk journey back to bangkok - only good thing is it worked out about 12pounds, very ropey travel at points - in the middle of nowhere at times but arrived back to Bangers at 6 oclock this morning, checked into Lec - cheap hostel in kohsan - had a bit of a nap then booked our trek so leaving here in half and hour. 10hour bus ride to bahng mai - will explore there tomorrow then start trekon sunday - waterfalls, elephant trekking and white water rafting - should be brilliant!!!update soon i hope!!
