In La Paz we did some extreem mountain biking. yes Kristin can mountain bike, lucky for her it was all down hill.

we started at the top of o mountain at 4750m ubove sea level where it was no more than 2 deg C and so we were covered in nwarm clothes and gloves. we then biked it down to 1300m above sea level where it was nice and warm again, covering 60km in total.

The road we took was called Death road and it certinaly earns its name. this road is extreemly narrow in parts, going through rivers and under waterfalls, and it is subject to mudslides and oh yeah if you go off the side of the road you fall down a 50m or more cliff face.

i will have to upload the photos when i get to the next internet place as this computer cant read DVD's (only CD's) and has no USB port, old school i know.
